Terms of use.

Set the legal posture for visiting equipt.ae and equipt.qa and engaging Equipt. This is not an e-commerce ToS; Equipt sells B2B fit-out projects on signed proposals. The public site is informational; the binding terms live in the proposal Equipt signs with a client.

Scope

These terms govern use of equipt.ae, equipt.qa, and the /sa subpath. Commercial engagements (design, supply, install, AMC) are governed by the proposal you sign with the relevant Equipt entity, not by this page. Where any term on this page conflicts with a signed proposal, the signed proposal wins.

Who you are dealing with

Three legal entities depending on which country you engage:

  • UAE: Equipt LLC-FZ.
  • Qatar: Equipt Supplier.
  • KSA: Equipt KSA (currently dormant; reactivates on first signed lead).

Trading details (licence number, jurisdiction, registration) appear on the proposal Equipt issues and on the issued tax invoice; Equipt does not list them on the public site.

Use of the site

You may browse, share links to public pages, and submit a brief through /contact. You may not scrape the site at volume (rate-limited by Cloudflare), republish content as your own, or use any equipment specification on the site as a binding offer; specifications are guidance until they sit on a signed proposal.

Intellectual property

All brand assets on the site (the Equipt mark, photography Equipt commissioned, copy on every page) belong to Equipt. The Pulse Fitness UK brand and product imagery belong to Pulse Fitness UK; Equipt uses it under the exclusive GCC distributor agreement.

Anything you upload to the form (your message, your company name, your brief) you grant Equipt a limited, royalty-free licence to use for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Equipt does not republish your content or use it for marketing without separate written consent.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is; Equipt does not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by the governing law in your jurisdiction, Equipt's liability for anything arising from your use of the site is limited to AED 1,000 or local-currency equivalent. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law (death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that the governing law does not allow Equipt to exclude).

Liability arising from a signed engagement is governed by the cap in the signed proposal, not by the cap on this page.

Governing law and venue

Per visited surface:

  • /ae and /sa: UAE federal law plus DIFC Courts opt-in for any commercial dispute that escalates from a public-site interaction.
  • /qa: Qatar law plus QICDRC (Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre) opt-in.

If your country of access cannot be reliably determined, UAE federal law applies as default.

The above is for site-use disputes only. Commercial engagements carry their own governing-law clause inside the signed proposal; that clause overrides this section for the matter it covers.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform under these terms when caused by events outside reasonable control: regulatory action, infrastructure outage, cyberattack, natural disaster, or any other event of similar gravity.

Updates to these terms

Equipt updates this page when the posture or jurisdictional scope changes. The last-reviewed date sits at the top of the body. Equipt does not push updates to past visitors; the version on the site at the time of your enquiry governs.
